Taking the time each day to be thankful & present. Flowing with the asanas, connecting to our breath & learning to pause helps, we connect to our chackras and create harmony in our bodies. Learning yoga helps us cope with our busy life & it helps us pause and think about what truly matters and is most important.
As a mom, professional, and teacher, I know how hard it can be to pause. That’s why I’ve made meditation and yoga part of my daily routine.
My classes focus on creating space: in your schedule, in your body, and in your mind. Using breathwork, gentle Vinyasa flows, and meditation, I help students experience presence – despite the noise and busyness of life. It’s not about perfection. It’s about coming back to yourself, again and again.
